Based in Northeast Philadelphia, it has 251 employees (70 percent millennials), and designs and prints six million to eight million shirts a year.

He began offering a 401(k) retirement plan within the last year for his 180 employees, 80 percent of whom are millennials. It was a great tool for recruiting and retaining employees, he said.

Over the past three years, RushOrderTees.com has grown 157 percent, purchased and moved into a 65,000-square-foot facility, and increased production by 250 percent. In 2016 alone, it added more than 60 jobs and formed official relationships with professional sports organizations, including the Philadelphia 76ers.
